No, there is no charges for registering on our website for both buyer and supplier.

Account is where user is able to view their account information, current order, order history and total purchase & sales.

Kindly proceed to this link (https://marketmarket.com.my/Account/ForgotPassword). Subsequently, an email will be send to your registered email for your further action.

Shopping Cart is where your products have been selected for purchase with both price and quantity shown and ready for check out.

All the products are directly delivered from the supplier’s premise to the buyer within the estimated time of delivery.

Buyer will receive both SMS (text message) and email notification in regards on their status of order within 1 business day.

Supplier will receive a phone call at the end of the business day to ensure order is confirmed.

The current mode of payment is only by cash on delivery.

Buyer will receive their order within the estimated time of delivery stated from the supplier. Nonetheless, buyer will be able to state their preferred date and time of delivery subject to the supplier’s availability.

The mode of delivery will be determined by the supplier mentioned in the website.

User will be able to change their delivery address at “Account”.

No delivery charges to the buyer as long as they are able to meet the supplier’s minimum order amount.

Area of delivery will be stated from the respective suppliers.

Supplier or MarketMarket will inform the buyer if there is a change in delivery time.

This is subject to the supplier’s availability.

The cut off time of ordering is at 4pm.

There is no cancellation when your order has been confirmed.
